By accessing or using the Telegram Auth API ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
The Service provides programmatic access to Telegram account authentication, OTP verification, spam analysis, and automated processing features through a REST API.
3. Account Responsibilities
- You must keep your API keys confidential and secure.
- You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your API key.
- You must not share, resell, or expose your API key to unauthorized parties.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service to:
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations
- Authenticate accounts you do not have lawful access to
- Engage in spam, fraud, or abusive behavior
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, disrupt, or overload the Service
5. Payments
All payments are processed through Heleket, a third-party cryptocurrency payment gateway. Balances are credited upon network confirmation.
6. Service Availability
The Service is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability and reserve the right to modify or suspend the Service at any time.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
8. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these Terms.
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
